1. Multiple Choice Questions
  • you will have 57 minutes to answer 50 multiple choice questions
  • you don't have to use the whole 57 minutes if you've finished
  • you can go back and change your answers
  • you can have a break of up to 3 minutes before the hazard perception test starts
  • Pass mark - 43
  • Points available - 50

2. Hazard Perception Test
  • you will watch 14 video clips.
  • The clips
    • feature everyday road scenes
    • contain at least one 'developing hazard'
    • you get points for spotting developing hazards as soon as they start to happen
    • you can score up to 5 points for each developing hazard
  • Pass mark - 44
  • Points available - 75
